Siti Group’s headquarters and main logistics center are located in Erbil. Planning, product supply and major logistics operations for Iraq are carried out from Erbil. The Finance departments of both companies operate under the Finance Director in Erbil. 95% of Siti Group’s sales in Northern Iraq come from direct distribution activities through warehouses and sales teams in the cities of Erbil, Duhok, Zakho and Sulaymaniyah and their nearby regions. In some remote areas, local distributors are also used. Carrefour, Holand Bazaar etc. Major organizations such as are operated by the Major Organizations Group consisting of Sales Supervisors and Officers.
Jabal Al Salam company has logistics centers and Sales teams in Baghdad and Basra for the direct distribution of its products. Sales in Mosul, Karbala, Najaf, Rumadi, Diwaniya, Hilla and Simave are carried out through exclusive local distributors. Important customers in Baghdad and Basra are served by special Sales teams.

Our staff consists of knowledgeable professionals with a wealth of experience in the sales, marketing and distribution business. We provide our sales team with ongoing training and support, along with the necessary assistance to penetrate the market and keep customers satisfied with our service quality at all times.
Our fleet consists of 160 trucks/vans for direct sales, 110 in the Baghdad fleet, 24 in the Basra fleet and 26 in the Erbil/Duhok fleet. These numbers do not include the fleets of the exclusive distributors we use in 10 other important cities and the fleets of the 7 large wholesalers we receive service from in other regions.
Siti Group’s headquarters and 5000m2 Logistics center are built on 11,000m2 of land in the city of Erbil. The logistics center can be easily reached from the main roads leading to the cities of Northern Iraq as well as the South, Baghdad and Basra.
The warehouse in the center is fully equipped and also has a 1000m2 refrigeration area. Major shipments of products to other warehouses are carried out from this logistics center. The company also has offices and warehouses in the cities of Baghdad, Basra and Duhok. All of these warehouses are fully equipped and some parts are refrigerated. Our warehouse in Baghdad is 3000m2, our warehouse in Basra is 1500m2 and our warehouse in Duhok is 1000m2.
We Are Experts in Logistics Operations
The company has a Logistics Center located in Erbil, Northern Iraq. Most of the imported products (90-95%) are delivered to this center by land from Turkey and Europe. Additionally, the company maintains an office and logistics operations team in Istanbul, Turkey to support its import activities. Products arriving by sea (for example from India) are received in Basra, stored in Basra and Baghdad warehouses and distributed from there. The products arriving at Erbil Logistics Center are distributed to our three warehouses in Baghdad, Basra and Duhok according to the sales plan. In addition, the supply of products to the city of Erbil and its immediate region and to our direct sales fleets in Mosul and Sulaymaniyah are carried out daily from this logistics center. Baghdad, Basra and Duhok warehouses also supply the necessary products for the relevant regions on a daily basis. All Planning, Purchasing and Reporting processes are carried out from the center in Erbil. All warehouses are operated on a first-in, first-out system and are equipped with truck control and tracking systems.
